DE GUSTIBUS Artisan breads still made the traditional way.

Cossack Sour Like the Six Day Sour, this long keeping loaf is made after the same process but contains 60% Rye Flour.
Polish Rye A medium rye with good flavour and a hint of caraway. Rye, Wheat, Whole Wheat and Semolina.
Savoury Potato Bread Raw potatoes, Courgettes, Buttermilk and Cumin, a little gram flour in a light rye dough.
Rye & Lemon One bite and it is the sweetness of the rye, another and a whiff of lemon perfumes your palatte.
Latvian Rye Scalded Rye flour produces a mild, slightly sweetish, dense loaf with caraway, 60/40 rye/wheat proportions, contains milk products.
Ukrainian Rye Lighter version of above.
Complete Rye 100% rye flour makes this bread wheat free, yet it is surprisingly light in texture but unsurprisingly magnificent in taste.
Russian Rye 100% Rye and yeastless.
